Invasion of privacy.

Now, I can't say I'm a big fan of the Arcade Fire. I've heard a couple of their songs here and there and they sound like a real solid rock band. However, on the advice of my bud, Justin Saunders, I checked out their interactive film on the interweb. Once you go on the website it asks you for either the address of your house, former home, or the place you grew up. Then the film itself is a series of pop-ups starting out with a video of someone running, then throughout the video things pop-up relating the video itself to the address you put in. The craziest part is that through the magic of google-maps it integrates your own neighborhood into the video. I still haven't decided whether it is more creepy or amazing, but it's definitely worth checking out if you've got an extra 4 minutes of surfing the web.

It works best if you use Google Chrome as your browser. But check it out here:

Juicy Justin's Daily Song: Kanye West featuring Pusha T - "Runaway"
Now if you follow my blog, you know I'm a huge Kanye West fan. That pretty much goes without saying actually and I probably could call him my favorite MC of all time. Lately he's been releasing an insane amount of tracks. Now if I named those aforementioned tracks every single "Daily Song" this blog would be pretty bland. However his latest is something I really feel the need to discuss. Whether or not this song is about the Taylor Swift incident at last year's VMA's; I think it really encompasses what a polarizing character Kanye really is. This track is yet another glimpse in the heart and mind of Kanye West. It's harsh, brash, unapologetic, and as real as it gets. It's songs like this that make me realize why I love Yeezy so much.

Stay gold.
