Lady Gaga x Beyonce x Tarentino?
Like most of America, I've drank the Gaga kool-aid. I think shes fun and inventive and she's giving pop music the kick in the ass that it's needed for years. With the death of Michael Jackson, it got me thinking that no one does videos as short films the way he did. But here comes Lady Gaga, don't get it twisted though, I'm not saying that she's the next incarnation of Michael Jackson. There will never be any creature on earth like Michael Jackson EVER. But in the vein of MJ, Gaga uses her videos to tell stories (some even intertwined).
In the video for "Telephone" she brings Beyonce out of her element and we see Queen B in a way that we've never experienced, nor thought we'd see her before. What I like most about this video are the references to Quentin Tarentino's "Kill Bill," most awesome of which being the "Pussy Wagon". What I don't really like is the product placement. "Telephone" isn't the best Gaga song, in fact it gets pretty annoying. However, with that being said it's a cool video that is 9 minutes of complete ridiculousness. Check it out here:

Juicy Justin's Daily Song: Tyrese "Sweet Lady"
If you noticed there was a cameo by Tyrese Gibson in the "Telephone" video. Before Tyrese was helping the Autobots fight off the Decepticons in the Transformer films and racing alongside Paul Walker in "2 Fast 2 Furious," he had a hit single by the name of "Sweet Lady". Put this on your iPod and you can thank me for bringing the sexy to the party courtesy of Tyrese Gibson.
Stay gold.
