I'm going to keep it short and sweet...

But I've been waiting for a rock album to come out that would re-instate my love for rock music and I think I've found that album, Manchester Orchestra's new album "Mean Everything to Nothing." I'll write a review on it soon, but I'm so stoked on it that you've guys gotta hear it ASAP. Such a solid album. hit up the Manchester Orchestra myspace to hear some of the tracks!

I'm glad they still call it mixtape...

... because tapes are something I grew up with. And making a "mix-CD" or "playlist"..just isn't the same as a mixtape. Thus, just hearing the word "mixtape" is refreshing.

Anyway, Kid Cudi just dropped a mix-tape and I've listened to a couple tracks and I've gotta say, I'm impressed. I've been waiting for him to come out with stuff, though I wish it was an album, beggars can't be choosers. He's on Kanye West's label so it's safe to say, I've been following him for a while now. And "Day 'N Nite" straight blew-up beyond what I thought it ever would (not a fan of the Crookers remix though). But cop this mixtape, hopefully it'll make a fan out of you as well.
